Partner Agreement

The Partner Program is for bookkeepers, accountants and other providers of professional advisory services to businesses based in Australia.

To stay in the program, you need at least one active, paying client using Easy Business App within 60 days of joining. If you don't, we may pause or remove your partner account until you do.

• Act in good faith. Treat your clients, our customers and our team fairly and honestly, and don't do anything that would reflect badly on Easy Business App.
• Be accurate about your tier. Only describe yourself using the partner tier and certifications you've actually earned, as shown in the Partner Hub.
• Use our brand properly. Use the logos, badges and other brand assets from the Partner Hub resource library, and follow the guidelines that come with them. Don't alter them or imply we endorse anything beyond your partnership.
• Keep your details up to date. Your practice profile and directory listing should reflect who you are and what you offer.

The benefits for your tier, as described on the Partner Program page. Tiers and benefits can change over time, and your tier is reviewed as your number of active clients changes.

You can leave at any time. Just email us at info@easybusinessapp.com and we'll close your partner account and remove your directory listing.

If we believe you've broken this agreement, we may remove you from the program. Where it makes sense, we'll get in touch first to give you a chance to put things right.

Either way, once you leave you must stop using our partner badges and describing yourself as an Easy Business App partner. Your clients' own Easy Business App accounts aren't affected.

We may update this agreement from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let partners know about any significant changes. Staying in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
